God save us from that scheme if we don't have that OL. Look at what they are doing in that video. It's straight under center, fullback, ground and pound and use play action to suck in the defense because the running game is so dominant.

To some extent that's true. But the BEST OCs are the ones that run an offensive system that is basically plug and play. Because it uses such innovative concepts and isn't asking much of the players.
