As for Covil... Kid really is another Keontra. Similar size and style of play. Both are tough, explosive, thumpers who will be in that 5’11 220 range when it’s all said and done. I would have preferred the Ish Harris kid as our striker, but that seems to be dead so this kid is a take for sure.

Need to get him on campus as much as possible. Kid is about to visit the SEC gauntlet and is going to have a visit high after every one of them. We need to stay fresh on his mind and then obviously impress come fall.

I don’t disagree with him not signing with FSU. Kid has already backed off a verbal once and we haven’t even got to summer yet. Will be a ride with him, and one that I won’t be invested in.

Kid can play either, one of the best athletes in the state. Zero faith that a kid from Lakeland who is THAT highly touted will sign with Miami but atleast this will be entertaining to mess with FSU fans about. Kid is coming down to Miami on his own dime.
