I'm about 12 years older... but I started hippiness very young so by 72 I stopped going there. Peacock Park was full of tie-dye, long hair, beads and peace signs. The place was full of painted up VW microbuses... that usually were drugstores on wheels, lol.

In 69/70/71 Peacock Park was the place to hang out and get high. I wish I would have taken pictures. If anybody has any please post them here.
