    Agree on your first point. He's bottom of the barrel in evals. Patrick Joyner was his #1 target at LB. Derrick Smith was his hidden gem at Safety. Guy is ******* clueless. On scheme, Shaq had over 100 tackles one year. I don't like the scheme either. But talented LBs would do just fine here.
