    Henry Parrish, 2020 RB

I was lukewarm on Cam out of HS and am getting more intrigued at his upside by the day.

No one said that. I probably wouldn't consider a Cam world class athlete, either

In 2017, Chaney ran a 10.88. He's already set a new PR in the 100 this year by running a 10.77. FWIW I def expect Parrish's times to get better as the season progresses. Hope to see him break 11

With Chaney locked in, I’m honestly just not that worried about who RB2 is. I suppose I lean towards Holmes largely bc of the viability of him as a return man and potential flex position wise. Chaney’s our dude. Keep Thad Franklin for 2021 (May be best in Florida right now) and we’re good

All good man--seems like more misunderstanding than anything else. Some strong hyperbole in your reading inferences into what I said (never said anything about his success being only due to his OL). This is the full extent of what I said: I currently prefer 1-2 of the other options even...

I have no problem with Parrish as the 2nd back in the class. I think it would be pretty **** cool to have a Belen & Columbus RB as the 2 RBs for the class. My knowledge of Parrish is limited to having watched his tape. That's it. I'm just informing the discussion with parallels, comparisons...

His burst on film looks like Chaney's to you?

    a) I'm not counting yards here just making a general comparison to characterize the importance of measurables for a high level power 5 running back. If you're gonna be 5'9 and under 180, you better offer some elite speed/burst b) Often the most successful HS OLs aren't loaded with P5...

Jakhari Gore had 2,000 all purpose yards in a HS season, too. I like Parrish, but the measurables matter. Columbus clearly had a fantastic OL that opened up holes for him consistently.

Love Amari Daniels and absolutely believe he needs to be a major priority for 2021. But, I must say I just checked out our 2021 RB commit Thad Franklin from Chaminade and I am blown away by him. IMO he's not second fiddle to anyone
