It's definitely fair to want to see results on the field and no more puff pieces that ultimately don't matter. Nobody has stated anything negative about the current staff.

Where's the negative comments? This is a positive thread. Some are more exited than others, some just want to see results. Nobody has been critical of the S&C staff nor Manny.

Let me add to my previous comments and concerns, the new S&C coach passes the eye test. Seems like and intense highly energetic dude. Seems like he tries to make the workouts fun and intense. Glad to hear this update, and thanks for sharing.

I hope the players love the S&C coach for the right reasons. Everyone loved Swasey. Personally I want a S&C coach the players fear not love. Love the optimism tho. Manny absolutely seems to get it.
