Our CB recruiting reminds me of a kid who has a 10 page term paper due on Monday & it's Saturday night & he hasn't even started yet...

Idk what their numbers are like, but they've had some attrition with players getting kicked off the team & others not being academically eligible. Also, they're a SEC school, somehow some way the SEC schools always find a way to over sign every class.

Absolutely he can, he actually originally played CB his Soph/Junior year before he moved to Safety. He has terrific size & is a quick twitch athlete with good speed, he has freakish ability, kid is a really talented basketball player too & has very good ball skills.

He's being recruited by UF, Bama & UGA to play Safety. Miami initially offered him at CB but was recruiting him at Safety because he switched to S for his Senior year. Way back in the Spring in early March right before the C19 shutdowns we were recruiting him at Safety & one of the selling...

The thing about Arnold is he's a bit of an attention seeker... Kid loves making fans think he's gonna announce his commitment on Twitter lol. He may be saying he's gonna wait until February, but I can almost guarantee you he'll make an early verbal to one of his top 3 schools between Bama, UGA...

He started out at CB his Freshman & Sophomore year, but is mainly playing Safety now. I titled the thread "2021 CB" because when we initially offered him in Oct 2019 he was listed as a CB. He's projects as a Safety at the next level & most teams are recruiting him to play Safety.

He's going to either UGA or Bama with Xavian Sorey. UF is in it as well, but it will come down to how bad Bama/UGA wants both of them.

Arnold is a Safety, but he was listed as a CB when I first made this thread. He's the #2 ranked S in the nation since the last 247 updates.

Right now Bama has the lead for both Xavian Sorey & Arnold. If we win & get him down for a visit late then maybe we have a shot, but as of now Bama & FSU are the top. I doubt we get him, but I like the effort by Banda, he puts good work in on his targets. Diaz seriously just needs to put...

I never believe anything a high ranked DB says... But with that said, he's visiting us in two weeks, if we can make an impression & stay on him we might have a shot. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on a commit from a 4-star DB from Tally, you always have to assume he's FSU's if they want...

They have offered. When I originally posted this thread it was in October of 2019, the old FSU staff hadn't offered him yet, but back in January the new staff offered him.

Is visiting UF on March 7th. Will be visiting Miami between the 16-18th, mentioned that he liked the Ed Reed hire. Also will visit Oklahoma, LSU & FSU.
