Sicilian Sun in Aventura makes a nice Square Pizza, they call it Grandma Style. I got it well done with Pepperoni last time I was down for the GT game. They use a wood burning oven.

Brick oven and NY style are 2 different things. In NY the old school places use coal and not wood in their brick ovens. The newer places use wood in Neapolitan ovens, but there are thousands of places that just use gas in NY/NJ/Conn that’s the Pizza most people eat when they’re getting delivery.

That’s not NY Style. The wood burning places do a better job with pizza over the gas oven places.

You sure you’re not upset because your local places actually stink? I’m not saying he’s spot on all the time but Pizza outside of the North East is pretty bad, and forget about NY style pizza in Dade and Broward it’s all horrible.

Lol there’s no way it’s an 8, it’s a 6. That pizza is super doughy. They’re $1 slices in NYC better than it.
