Not close enough to anyone in LE. I've resorted to buying ammo from friends who've hoarded 9mm. I have close friends who don't go to the range now because they don't want to "waste" ammo. Weird times.

For real. If anyone finds a link for reasonably priced 9mm bulk ammo, please post. Some have popped up here and there. This thread took me back, btw. It started when I was deciding what to buy and in the midst of a training program. Now, I've spent the Louisville and FSU games loading...

I don't know if some subconscious bias happened here, but tried the Glock 43x, 19 and 17 today. Shot from 5 to 20 yards. Didn't like how the 43 felt. Almost felt "loose." Hard to describe. Loved how the 17 felt, but I'm told it's likely too large to conceal. For you non-newbs, is that true? Of...

M&P9, if I remember correctly. Didn’t consider those weapons because the ones I used had been completely modified by the instructor, so not something I can easily go out and buy. The instructor was an ex-SEAL who apparently likes to do significant changes to his weapons.

It’s for EDC. And, I tend to take things a bit far, so while I don’t plan on getting into competitive shooting, who the **** knows.

Can anyone with experience using both a Glock 19 and a Sig P320 give a review? Spent the last couple days handling Glocks and S&Ws during tactical training. I'd like to be thorough in my consideration before pulling the...trigger on a purchase. Someone brought up the P320. I read everything...

I hadn't even considered it until people started saying very similar things.

It's one of only two handguns I've handled. As a relative "newb," it appears to be the best price/value. The Sig seems attractive, but I simply don't have the experience to know better...yet.

Deciding between a Glock 19 and Glock 43. Going through some tactical training this week and will decide some time after. Will gladly listen to advice from more experienced folks here.
