    It's only his fault if he oversold it. Fake it until you make it is your fault when you don't make it. If our AD said, "hey, we know you'll probably fail for a few years until you learn to be a coach, and we are willing to pay for that training, then it's on the AD.

    So he’s saving us a little of the money that he wasted to begin with as they are his hires, and for this the man is CEO of the year. Financial genius. Yes, better than throwing more into the hole, but you all seem to forget who dug that hole.

    So Manny looks like a genius for moving on from his two biggest hires only 2 years in, as if that wasn’t a giant fail on him? Ok, got the memo. We’ll just ignore that failed experiment and two more years down the drain for this program. “but, but at least he’s willing to change”
