Competitive. Great. This is where we're at, even though this clown said "we're fine" right before the program hit rock bottom.

LMAO “You’re writing is just so wretched” Glad I caught that before the edit. Well done, Andrew, well done.

It does make sense. More than one person in this thread referred to 27/35. But thanks for admitting that YOU didn’t understand because YOU didn’t remember the exact roster rules.

LOL, you didn’t know that the roster limit was 35, that’s why you kept talking about 37, 38, and 41. Adorable.

My initial post was one sentence that asked about 8 guys paying their own way. I don’t mind explaining it all to you, but you should probably learn about the roster limits if you’re going to participate.

My math wasn’t wrong then and isn’t wrong now. Eight is a significant number for every D-1 program because that’s how many non-scholarship guys you can have on the roster. We’re bringing in a huge class to add to a huge returning roster. It is an important issue. And you still have no idea how...

    2019 Roster Discussion

Good god. How is this confusing to you? We can only give scholarship money to 27 people. We can only have 35 on the roster. It doesn’t matter how many we start with. 37, 38, or 41....doesn’t matter. At the beginning of school, 27 of those kids will be on scholarship, while another eight (8) can...

    2019 Roster Discussion

The max roster size is 35. Now I see where you got lost. So whether the number is 37, 38, or 41, we have to find eight guys who will pay their own way while telling the other 2, 3, or 6 that they don’t have a spot here. Do you understand now? So, the question remains. Have we promised money to...

That would be an impossible assumption, because I know that his list has more than 27 players on it. You still don’t get the question.

It had nothing to do with returning players. It has to do with having 37-38 players, which includes a lot of new recruits. The question still stands, but you're too ****ed off to actually talk about it.

I'm not assuming anything. I'm not you. I'm wondering if the draft going in our favor is going to leave us with more promised money than we have to give. Wouldn't be the first time it has happened.

    2019 Roster Discussion

Well, that goes without saying since you can't have more than 27 on scholarship. I'm wondering if any new kids know that they are paying their own way or if they will be told this now that the draft went in our favor.

The limit on guys who can get money is 27, so are there eight guys on this list who expect to pay their own tab?

He faced a small town public school that has one college commit, and that Florida commit owned him.

2019 UM commit Yordani Carmona gave up a double and a home run to 2019 UF commit Josh Rivera today, so things look to remain consistent in the future.

Yeah, I was more looking at his power numbers. He had like nine extra base hits all year. Do you think his high rating was more of a projection, or did he have a massive junior season?

So what exactly is the story on Toral? Perfect Game had him as some kind of mega prospect, but his senior year was extremely mediocre. Then he came here and did absolutely nothing. A freshman year in the ACC might be excused, but that senior year in high school is a huge red flag.
