There are some parts of WV that are breathtakingly gorgeous due to the Mountains and nature. But towns and cities are like becoming urban decay. Ohio is just the worst...like the land that time forgot. And it flows down to things being so *** backwards over there. Too many to mention.

Worst states for opiate abuse is WV, Massachusetts, Ohio. Ohio is so bad that some counties have had to rent refrigerated semi trucks to keep the overflow of dead bodies that arrive at coroner's office. Its horrible.
