I don’t get why the talking heads seem invested in Miami continuing to be mediocre. Wouldn’t a good Miami=more money for the conference and college football?

That’s what’s so frustrating about Miami is that there are good candidates available, yet they won’t even consider them. Herman, Mullen, Leach, Gary Patterson would all take the job if offered IMO.

Yeah I already know the plan is Mario or bust, then keep Manny if he declines. But personally I think Tom Herman would be a great hire, and I think he will be there in December. Same for Mullen. But our school wouldn’t consider them sadly

You get rid of the worst coach in football before another embarrassing season. Keeping manny for a lame duck season is the equivalent of just waving the white flags. No reason to be a fan of a program with that mindset. Even a guy like Dan Mullen is a significant upgrade over Diaz.

This kind of thinking so toxic. There’s more then 2 good coaches in the country lol. If they can’t find one, and settle for count chocula again, they don’t care about football anymore, period. And it’s time to quit caring
