And you seem to be related to the victim seeing as to how you're overlooking him pulling up to the scene like a maniac. Look here, bud, unless you or somebody else is in immediate danger, I suggest you call the cops and let them handle it, don't take the Law into your own hands. I can tell...

    His phone didn't have 9-1-1?

But the guy physically approached Laz in an aggressive manner first, Him dying doesn't erase that, which some of y'all seem to think.

This isn't about being Laz's "counsel", this is about Laz being in the wrong for feeding wild animals & stabbing the guy to death, and the victim being in the wrong for confronting Laz like a raving lunatic. Both can true, that's it.

No, it's the victim's fault that He didn't call the cops when He had plenty of opportunities to do so, otherwise, he'd be alive today. Nobody shoud be out here playing cop, period.

Exactly, I don't get people like this. And the thing about it, the type of animals that He was attracting attract bigger predators. Before long Laz was gonna have a wildlife sanctuary in the neighborhood.

Another missed opportunity for the victim to call the cops. Doubt Laz would've spit on or pulled out a knife on an armed cop or FWC officer.

I've already conceded that Laz was properly charged. My only contention is it wasn't a spur of the moment thing where Laz "goaded" LOL the victim into a confrontation, quite the opposite really. How do you know that Laz wasn't in fear for His life or His safety? The guy was threatening Laz to...

Disagree Bro, I think it was a series of events that were exacerbated by the victim that led to His demise. But I think we can all agree, that vigilante justice can land you in some hot water, or worse, pushing up daisies like this fella.

Any animal that's not held in captivity is considered wildlife. And according to the potential victim's family, Laz leaving food out was also attracting raccoons, which carry rabies, and duck ***** can carry avian flu. (1)(a) The penalties in this section apply to a violation of any rule or...

I agree, but that's why phones have 9-1-1, all of this could've been avoided if the suspect &/or the victim would've dialed those 3 numbers, simple. If you see something, say something.

I blamed both of em', but more so the victim for starting the actual confrontation.

No, they started arguing when the victim came home from work and started cussing out Laz while Laz was out walking His dog. And before all of that, the victim was trying to provoke Laz into a fight via text messages. I find it bizarre how some of y'all overlook these details.

But a "good old fashion fist fight" would've landed both of them in jail more than likely, the most reasonable solution was for the victim to call the cops before it came to that. And from the sounds of it, Laz wasn't the aggressor in this confrontation.

But Laz wasn't the one that got upset, again, the deceased was the one that was sending threatening text messages to Laz. The deceased had plenty of opportunities to get the cops involved and find a peaceful resolution. You claimed you saw Laz tasing His dog, call the cops...you claimed He was...

Nahhhh, both sides were at fault here. Laz for feeding wildlife, but even that would be a littering violation at best. And the deceased for sending threatening text messages to Laz and subsequently following up on it. If the victim would've simply called the cops this thread wouldn't exist, period.

Exactly, the deceased played a role in His demise, too, sadly. If He would've called the cops and let them handle it, instead of coming home from work looking for a confrontation, He would've still been alive today. Especially these days, expect any & everything when engaging in a physical...
