Roger, thanks. There's a new house and new neighborhood being built every day down here in dallas. It's pretty crazy especially with rates into the 5%. The zillows, refdins, etc are a big problem as well like you said.

dont you think as socity is getting used to covid, rules loosen up the market will start getting back to normal?
