...but TD was a 6th Round Pick and CP was a 2nd Round Pick. Why spend a R1 pick? I'm not saying its not a fit...but, this team balled out with an undrafted journeyman last year (who was athletic as **** @bshaw28). I feel as though this draft is pretty deep with running backs, too. I'm...

Top of Round 2 sounds just about right to me for Taylor. Chargers would be a good spot, tbh.

Not at all, brother. Jacksonville either found their QB in The Stache (highly unlikely, he started hot but was really bad by the end of the year)...or they are in full tank mode and will make a play for Lawrence, Fields, or whatever next year. We'll know more about Jacksonville when the draft...

Monster loss for that team. Was on his way to a Hall of Fame career. Curious how the Hall ends up viewing these shorter, dominant careers moving forward. Travis Frederick, Luke Kuechly, Rob Gronkowski, Patrick Willis. All should be Hall of Famers...I think they'll all get in, but we are...

I think Taylor is a better prospect by quite a bit. FWIW, I liked Dalvin Cook quite a bit coming out, too. Did not like Leonard Fournette. Wouldn't take Taylor R1, but thats preference. I like AJ Dillon, too, which is funny since I think he's kind of like Fournette...I just think you can get...

None of those are really explosion drills...DMoney was talking about explosion. Gordon had some pretty impressive numbers in some of those drills. I like JTT as a prospect and think Melvin Gordon is a bum...you're preaching to the choir...but he was cherry picking.

Its just an athletic profile comp. PJ Walker had a very good showing in the XFL. Glad he's getting a chance in the league.

One of the cooler comps I saw to JTT was via the athletic comps...Cadillac Williams. You dont see too many Cadillac Williams comps out there.

I'll go through this bit by bit... Athleticism and RBs. RAS is fine...they use data points from a completely different eras of football and it skews the analysis dramatically. I prefer sigma scores and composite percentiles in comparison to the position group. Just a sample of the Top 10...

Mark Walton eventually became a starter in the league, man. He fvcked it up...but it didn't discredit the analysis. The focus of that discussion was that SoFla RBs outperform draft spot...we were discussing players like Walton and Sony Michel offering a starting RB later in the draft over...

Who is saying he is the reason they are bad? If your best player is a RB, that is a reflection on the rest of your team, ya. We must be watching different Rams teams then. Gurley's two best seasons came with Goff playing above expectation. He's been nothing before or after. Now he's a...

I like CEH for a few reasons: Excellent pass catcher from a pro system. He can block. Check out his block reel. For a 5'8" dude, he isn't afraid to square up and take on a defender. This gets him on the field ASAP. He's got a little over 450 career touches and his style of play is all about...

I'd just reverse what you say and say that effective QB play allows players like Gurley and Henry to do their thing...not the other way around.

Again, which is the point...transfer his value elsewhere that matters. Carrying a team to 12 wins in two years isn't something to note. 2017/2018 Rams, I'd argue are more of a result of Jared Goff playing out of his mind and above expectation than Todd Gurley who had career seasons in years...

They've won a total of 12 games since he's really become the face of that franchise and "the offense". If your RB is your offense, you stink. Which is the point.
