Nope he got shipped to Nebraska and wasn’t even mentioned by Emory so I assume he is gone also. Maybe once we get to the dead period or after ESD we start to see staff movement

Nice pickup. Also no steele in any photos and no rod Wright. I think steele might be done and Strong taking over the DC. Also Wright and Addea may be gone as they don’t seem to be out visiting recruits or in photos. Either way this a very nice pickup!

Steele is a very old school hard nosed guy who has caused staff issues in the past at other stops. I don’t think he would take an off field role he would probably rather just retire. Just my guess

Maybe the scheme changes if Steele isn’t retained? Or in the next year or two cause I’m not sure how long steele will be around. Not saying his scheme is a problem but as you said kid is a take either way.

Comp looks weak but kid is going to be a monster after a college weight room. Can fill in right behind jackson. They look similar. Mack Brown knows talent so I don’t care about star rating. Get him in a weight room, redshirt and unleash him in 2024
