I agree, but if I recall, Amditis was highly touted coming out of HS and I remember him going yard at Wrigley in a HS All Star game. He can do much better next year with a strong year offensively and working on his throws in the off season.

Good news is that Cleveland's top catching prospect is also considered the best prospect in baseball at C.

That's what I assumed but is a big loss - he was really getting comfortable in the closer's role the last half of the year. I love Federman's passion, but he seems to get rattled too easily to be that guy.

Good point, but if their rankings (at least for McFarlane, Eskew, and Diaz) were indicative of their talent, sounds like they may have had a much bigger number in mind than what teams were willing to offer.

And Perfect Game currently has us with the number 1 ranked class for both '20 and '21. Sounds a little too good to be true, but today's draft bodes well for the future.

This feels like a home run on the HS recruits. There was little chance we were getting Lugo to campus, and you'd think the highly thought of guys wouldn't sign for post Round 10 money, right?

Evan's obviously a smart kid, so if he goes it's because he wants to start his MLB career I suspect.
