    Agreed. I frankly have no basis fo this prediction. It’s really more aspirational. Nothing against Perry but I’d like to see someone else step up and take the spot.

    Well put. It’s impossible to win a lawsuit when the plaintiff can’t pinpoint where and when he/she contracted the virus.

    From an attorney’s standpoint, it is virtually impossible (without contact tracing) to know precisely where and when a person contracted the virus. I think the fear of liability is overblown and is merely an excuse to make a decision. Example; student says I contracted the virus in a classroom...
