IMO, it'd be worse to induce a kid to sign here b/c of a particular coach and then fire that coach the day after signing day. Just be candid with the kid. You explain why coach is being fired and then sell kid on new vision, coach, etc.

That supposes there is a commitment whose signature is predicated on a particular coach. Is that the case for Enos? I don't know about that.

Why is Manny waiting until after the bowl game? Announce changes now but let coaches remain to work with team through bowl game. Everyone wins that way. Fans are appeased. Coaches that will not be retained have time to find new gigs. And Miami can contact any coaches that become available now...
