Hate to be “that guy” but have we glossed over how much the sanctions in 11/12 set us back? The official sanctions landed in 13 if I’m not mistaken..you lose 9 each year from 14,15,16..then u have roster attrition..so u look at our actual full class, it impacted us a whole lot when I look back...
