I mean AR came in and made a impact. Deejay did. Jeff Thomas did too. Same guy was COACHING. The buck stops at MR, fine. But we had freshman come in and contribute in his 3 years prior. Last year was a mix of poor QB play, poor execution, and terrible oline play.

They do, but they aren’t annually dependent on it. Thats My point..and I’m not a big star ratings guy, but them was some dudes you just named. There’s nothing wrong with guys needing a year to be ready. Pope came in late and wasn’t physically ready IMO. There’s nothing wrong with that

Honestly tho..I get what u saying..but how much better do you really think Lo would’ve made our KR? He’s a one cut back. He’s not a creative runner like Jeff Thomas or even Dallas. And they didn’t break KR.. The Jarren argument..once again he couldn’t beat out rosier or Perry. Idek If he was...

He’s not the best on the team yet..until he proves it..he probably has the most talent tho as far as pure athleticism..but nah, he gotta get game reps for me to say that

That’s not a fact lmao..it’s the one the dumbest things I’ve heard. Cam..matter of fact none of our backs are scrubs..you just sound stupid

Soo basically play 1980s offense..well we’d have the element of surprise

That offense he ran in HS is a great point. And ppl glossed over that fact last year. The ones who thought he would just step on campus to be the guy. He had a huge learning curve and tbh might’ve benefited from a RS year in retrospect..don’t @me

If DJ has a 1k plus year he should go. But I think cam is really gonna come on and it’s gobna be a 1-2 punch deal. Could he still leave after that, sure. I wouldn’t argue against that decision. But it’s 50/50. I don’t think he’s a better prospect at this point than Travis was coming into his jr...

I 100% agree..but that’s a answer In a vacuum. Of course if he’s 100% ready to go by fall camp you don’t redshirt him. But if he’s not if he’s still on a load management/knee rehabilitation stage into fall camp and the 1st part of the season, I don’t see where the carries are coming from this...

He hasn’t been practicing with his position group. That’s a fact. And nobody is hollering redshirt him if he is healthy..take the time and read thoroughly

That’s what I’m saying! If he not gonna have the chance to make a impact and that is clear by late NOV, then it’s not crazy to think of redshirting him

I’m only assuming those 2 stay healthy and ball out. That’s the point. RS a RB is taboo for me too. I knew it sounded crazy off the top lol. And I know a mcl, which I think (what was reported) is all he had is not as devastating as a acl. But realistically, if cam is really taking his game to a...

They said he’d be ready by fall camp..idk I’m leaning towards your thinking tho. Just saying if he’s not gonna be full go by the start of the season then it’s basically 2 wasted years with him headed into his JR year with Don coming in and cam and DJ balling and ready to go

Heard he was dressed but no PT..Coming off the injury and after not receiving a RS last season, I think it would actually be a smart move to plan a redshirt season this upcoming season..play him only if we have too..I’m usually not for RS RBs. But for this situation I think it would actually be...
