That was why I made the thread, this completely changes the trajectory of the program if it doesn't get messed up just like it possibly could of if Manny landed Hurts.

I don't think so. Jarren was a good QB at escaping pressure and hurts would have gotten out of a lot of pickles Jarren couldn't.

I think it's bigger than that, but that's just my opinion. He would have still been drafted high and we would have had two really good seasons within a couple of years of each other to point to and sell along with the opportunity to land better QBs. Could have completely changed the trajectory...

I thought at the time that was the most pivotal miss he had as a coach. Hurts could have been a program changer for Miami.

If Manny landed Jalen Hurts he would probably still be here. Mario wouldn't take no for an answer and it may be what keeps him here beyond year 3-4 if it all works out.
