NoFlo has had some **** good talent over the years, including several who played for the Canes. It's not as deep as Dade/Broward/PB by any means, but the top guys up here are as good as anywhere else

There are DI type prospects from rural North Florida who transfer to schools in Jax, Pensacola, Tallahassee, Gainesville and other places for better exposure, to play for a winning team, etc. Some kids even move to Alabama or Georgia because they think it will help their chances.
