The politics thing is a good point. We have a lot of local support staff, but on-field is something the local HS coaches respect more. And now we have a coach who is local, black, Dade football royalty (as other have put it) who can go IN HOME.

Really interesting to see how Mario finishes this staff up. We definitely have more aggressive and innovative coordinators, and we definitely have an improved recruiting staff. I think its fair to say the work-ethic will be elevated as well. Now it just all has to translate.
