We had a chance to put VT out of their misery and went away from the aggressive play calling. Offense played timid last series and it carried over to the defense. Now we in a battle.

One thing for sure, Flagg is a very good tackler. He might not always get to the runner, but if he gets his hands/arms on you, its a sure tackle. I seldom see him get dragged like some of our players. When he meets the ball carrier, its usually a tackle at the point of impact and no extra yards...

Yep, he had the choice to change or stay on the hot seat and possibly be replaced end of season. He chose to change and adjust. Good for all of us.

Well, that is also true, but he seems to have lost all his good athletic qualities/characteristics that made him somewhat of a threat the last 2 years.

Something wrong with Knighton. He does not look elusive, quick, or shifty.
