Exactly. The Who, Elton John, Guns N Roses were all there relatively recently too and those were all at minimum arena shows in the past. Now they're seemingly get more "current" acts too as I see Post Malone is there this week. As far as a Canes stadium, I'd really like to hear Ruiz's or...

My bad. I actually meant the venue at the Hard Rock Casino. Hard Rock Live I think it's called. Capacity is around 6 or 7k but they price tickets at like 3 or 4x or more than what you'd typically pay for the same act at either arena.

Exactly. Will be interesting to see if the Hard Rock is a threat to the profitability of either. Seems like more and more acts are doing smaller venue shows but at exorbitant ticket prices.

Ross is making more money from this F1 event than his anticipated profits from the entire upcoming Dolphins season. I'm not a Dolphins fan so I don't really care about him as an actual team owner but he's a genius in how he's developed HRS- even if it had me walking 6 miles to the stadium from...

Agreed but both have held up pretty well. The Triple A absolutely holds a ton of events but The National Car Rental Center was (at least as of a fee years ago) one of the most profitable arenas in the country just due to the amount of concerts there. I think all we're really missing in the...

40k should be the goal for season tickets SOLD. A real program doesn't even think about anything below 50k. I'd personally like something in the 55k range of actual seats and then a standing room bar-type open endzone area.

This x1000. I was for exploring this option when Hard Kock was in its previous form and absolutely sucked. Was willing to sacrifice sightlines just to get the **** out of there. To do it now and to share a venue next to the freakin' airport is completely non-sensical. Too many concessions just...

The last time I went was probably just pre-Covid. Was directed to park on top of a rotting tree stump next to a mud bog. I know some people like those outdoor lawn type concert venues because they like to throw down a blanket and smoke whatever drugs but that place is seriously an absolute hole...

If it did happen to end up at Tropical Park then Ruiz absolutely needs to make a play to steal all the concerts from that godforsaken Cruzan/SoundAdvice/Whatever Amphitheater. NOBODY in Dade & Broward should have to drive all the way up to that ****hole. Somehow a "major" venue in 2022 is in...

I demand a free bread basket at every seat! Gimme an extra onion roll too, por favor. Celebratory babka and Dr. Brown's with every Canes win!

Why isn't that megachurch in South Miami on the list? Bulldoze it. These tax exempt Kardashian wannabe weirdos are probably secret swingers and overt SEC fans.
