You discuss what you want. I am saying that he is who he was so don't get your hopes up for a "drastic" improvement. Perhaps putting the pressure on Richt or the decision makers will lead him to actual retirement. Maybe he can meet with Urban's doctor.

I am not trying to "bait" you. I am trying to explain that Richt is doing what he did at UGA. He is the coach he was. Changing some coaches isn't going to change much.
