Highlights: D.J. Ivey back in action after missing last year

One of the best-kept secrets on the national recruiting scene remains South Dade cornerback DJ Ivey, a longtime Miami commit. Ivey missed all of last season after suffering a foot injury in his team's preseason game.

Ivey was back in action last weekend as he helped his team secure a win over Coral Gables. He will play corner at UM, but is playing some safety for his team as seen in the clips.

Can't tell much from the clips, although a nice tackle on specials. Nice to see him back though.
 
The real question, Is he elite at playing safety?

Ivey is a corner all the way. He looks more comfortable, more natural there.
 
Love his vision. On those highlights he was the first person to react to the play.
