Duasso sounds like he is calling from a cave using Bin Laden’s cellphone

Stefan, enjoyed the podcast and thought you do a good job both driving the conversation and contributing. While certain posters dismiss Duasso, if you do listen, he admits he knows (and implies he deserves) the **** he'll catch for that certain CT prep school recruit. Still good to hear his insight on staff no matter what you think of the guy. In regards to MAR, while I think he is giving every school a fair shot, I thought there were a couple key things to note:

1) Regardless what was said during the interview, to be willing to come on the podcast and field fan questions should only be viewed as a positive. Makes his brother and family look real stupid if we aren't his favorite right now despite what he might say.

2) Well spoken kid who sounds like he is being measured about the process and what he wants. Certainly will enjoy the process, but also doesn't seem like the type to mislead.

3) The whole positional thing with him is interesting. I thought it was good Stefan didn't bring up, but when his two favorite players were RBs, I still think that is where his heart is until his head wins out. Good to hear he will play some 7 v 7 safety, but also like that coaches him are showing him that Deejay film.

All great points. On Duasso, no one is perfect, and there is a whole back story on Jobe that isnt fully public. He is still a large net positive to the program.

Great podcast, love the insight Duasso brings. MAR very well spoken, good head on his shoulders - definite Cane in my book.

Duasso is a good guy, don’t know why anyone gets on him about jobe. We all know what happened there

Thanks for another banger on the podcast. Also really appreciate you asking him the Jersey number question.

Going to officially put my prediction in for the Canes. 😅😎

Is Duasso the guy claiming Perry was the best player on Miami last season?

Love the first point. Too late for me to listen to the podcast now but was hoping to glean a little insight from the comments, so this is appreciated.

Agreed on the other points as well, especially "where his heart is at until his head wins out." Natural, gifted football players, who play many positions in HS, tend to make outstanding safeties, because more than probably any other position, it's just about playing football.

But there's zero reason we can't pitch MAR that he can play what he wants if he earns it. Be like Deejay on offense and Carter on D.

What it boils down to for me at Miami is where he'd actually get to play. He could probably be a two-year starter on D, but he's going to share snaps on O.

So what is the story beyond ca$h?

Just speculating but I doubt he could have gotten into Miami. Bama sold him in getting him into school.

Still hard for me to believe how bad our coaches got played when literally everyone in this board knew he was going to Bama. Them posting on that stuff on social media after meeting him in CT was embarrassing. Should have never used the next Sean Taylor pitch.

alot more people than Duasso were wrong on Jobe including one now agent who we used to rely on for info_Ourcoaches were wrong on him.

I appreciate the podcast and Stefan I think your doing as good if not better job of providing great info to the board than we’ve had in a while.Better than anything I’ve seen since my short time here.

Keep the info, articles and podcasts coming...much appreciated

Don’t let Duasso’s mush *** anywhere near this kid. He’ll have him convinced in no time to explore all of his options and not rush into a UM commit.

Gotta be classy and arms-length and tell the kids how much better off they’d be eating that SEC *** like all the dorky HS coaches in S FL.
