6'3 230 true freshman LB. That's what I like to see!

It Saves a whole year in trying to put on playing weight...!

Some pretty telling quotes in that interview. Seems like he is 230lbs of cut granite and may not be on an ideal nutrition plan.
Wait until he gets all the quality chow he can handle. Kid may be 250 by fall.

Says people where he lives don't get homesick.
This kid is going to fight hard to escape that environment for himself and his family.

When he first committed I was impressed because he looked like Patrick Willis physically, now we know this boy is real hungry.

Going to be a player for us.

Beast! Kid plays reckless!

Sounds like he doesn't give a fuh either

think this is one of our most under rated recruit

losing alot of linebackers? we only have one that can declare right? i thought all the other linebackers were fresh and sophomore

Cornelius, Gaines, and Cain are seniors. Perryman could leave too.

As suzy said, all of the other LBs we have are Freshmen or Sophmores....

"All of the other LBs"..... that list is Figs, Armbrister, Blue, Kirby, Grace. 5 guys, 2 of whom have never really played 2 of whom look a litlte JAGgy, and a freshman who was banged up most of this year. That is a ridiculously low depth chart. You can count McCord if you want, but he plays with his hand in the dirt. We're losing virtually every LB we have who has played a meaningful down this year, besides Thurston.

I'm a big fan of plucking 1-2 out of Georgia each year. A lot of talent comes from that state and there are plenty of under-the-radar guys just as there are in Florida.

Its not that it is a bad place. Its a slow small southern town. Same place that Facing the Giants, Fire Proof, and Courageous were filmed.

Congratulations Young,go down to the 305 and represent the hometown(Albany,Georgia) the good life city. Trust me, I am from Albany and we don't get homesick. It's a small town of maybe 100,000 people, but we have some great ball players come through. Rashard Greene is orginally from Albany(Westover High) before going to south florida to finish high school.
