A young standout in the wide receiver room will be returning to Miami under head coach Mario Cristobal, adding to the growing list of retained pieces heading into 2026. Joshua Moore, come on down.
According to 247Sports’ Gaby Urrutia, Moore will return to the Hurricanes for the 2026–27 season.
Moore is a 6-foot-4 wideout for the Miami Hurricanes. This past season, he played solid snaps and showed flashes during his freshman year. He finished the year with 17 receptions for 210 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 12.4 yards per catch.
Moore really stood out during the USF game, where he hauled in three catches for 61 yards and two touchdowns. The following week against Stanford, he added four catches for 38 yards.
With Moore coming back, Miami adds more depth to the receiver room and has one less player to worry about losing to the portal.
