Shirreffs, Rosier and Allison all threw a pick in the first scrimmage according to a source who talked to Barry Jackson. If that is to believed this thought that one QB is more likely to take care of the ball over another should be put on pause until after the third scrimmage at least. Nothing so far indicates Shirreffs won't be turnover prone when he's free to be hit. He's tall, lanky and doesn't overwhelm you with ability so you think he could be a good game manager? Based on what? Rosier is an unknown too.

I feel everyday the fans and coaches are moving more and more towards Sheriffs over Rosier. I think it will end up being Perry vs. Sheriffs.

And if it is tie/close, or maybe even if Sheriffs is just barely ahead of Perry, I think Perry would get the nod. Tie goes to the Freshman in this case

A brainiac he is. Can't wait for fall camp.

All things equal, go with the brainiac. Sheriffs! Once he gets a custom he will be able to process things a lot faster than the other QBs, including making adjustments.

I am not seeing the ***** gauntlet in these highlights, have we moved on from that piece of equipmunk?

So if Sherriffs is the top qb coming out of the scrimmage (which, if he is, good for him for becoming a better qb), I assume that means Perry will be the starter game 1. No chance that Sherriffs beats out Perry, right? Sherriffs was described (by Ariz on a radio show) as tall, cerebral, and fairly mobile but with a weak arm. Would I be right in seeing him as a taller Ken Dorsey? I could live with that.

Lots of Ken Dorsey comparisons. Similar build, kinda nerdy. Not the strongest arm. I don't think Shirreffs is even taller. KD is like 6'5".

Evan is #1 today

Evan has great foot work and doesn't get rattled in the pocket like the last qb.
