Happy for the kid. I actually feel he is third best behind cook and sonny. But if he wants to be cane, welcome.

Even Duke put up the bat signal!

Duke Johnson ‏@DukeJohnson_8
WELCOME TO THE []_[]......

So is he good now r does he still suck and shouldn't be mentioned with the Sony/Cook/Fournette group

I for one don't feel he's in the same league as the others you mentioned, but I still like the commitment.

So I do I think Fournette the best Rb to come out in years but that's another thread....

It was jus funny to read how dudes were acting like he wouldn't even be a take if he tried to flip.

I have a feeling we end up with Yearby and Michel. I dont think Cook will end up at the same school as Yearby.

Duke Johnson takes the snap out of the wildcat, hands it to Joseph Yearby swinging nearside...and he'll hand the reverse to Sony Michel...who pitches it back to Dalvin Cook... who launches it deep down field to...a wide open Duke Johnson who has flashed down the sidelines, touchdown Hurricanes. On the next drive, look for Miami to feature of their wideouts in a similar offense.

/I'm an idiot

IF TRUE...bigger for what he means than as an actual player in my opinion. He is a solid RB prospect, but more importantly, he is considered one of the ELITE South Florida guys (regardless of truth). Other see him commit and it carries weight. And If Cook and Michel are as good as we think then he won't be scared off.

if thats the worst case scenario, it would still give us maybe the top RB class in the nation

You guys might not believe this, but aside from football ability, this might be the biggest commitment since Duke because of the level of respect he has in the community. Yearby is a Pop Warner legend and people down here talk about him in the same breathe as Duke in a sort of "urban legend" way.

Weird. A few months ago I scrolled through who Golden follows on twitter (there's only 80). I noticed that Golden was following Yearby, and has been longer than he's been following Blake James, the AD. At the time, Yearby was the only 2014 kid he was following. It just struck me as odd.

Gotta think Cook is sick of playing in this kids shadow or vice versa so I doubt we get him. Hopefully, I'm wrong though and we get Sony, Yearby, and Cook.. Would be unfair

what effect do you think his commitment will have on Cook?

Told you guys in a previous thread. Coley had a connection to Yearby and was going to flip him
