Ive played the game competitively. There's a few things that drive "good" teams to play with online.

Edge rusher abilities - ours were **** last year and the rushers were slow. DT was lacking
RB - speed and abilities - ours was ***
WR - speed - ours was *** and will be again
QB - someone with good abilities and/or mobile
CB - height, speed, abilities - ours were ***
Playbook - usually trips, tight or bunch. We had trips last year but we were missing several meta plays

Im expecting us to be "***" in the game again even though we have a respectable team rating. Oregon, Bama, Texas, OSU, etc. will be the meta again.

I'll obviously play with us again, but im not good enough to overcome a handicap due to roster and playbook.
Same

Skipping this one cause I have last years game, I know EA

It'll probably never happen but until they get competition back with these sports games theyre gona to continue to be copy and paste lax bull**** banking on gamers dumb enough to rebuy and ingame purchase, which is insane to me. $70+ dollars for a roster patch and horribly flawed gameplay? No

For the record, the NCAA series never really had any competition.

2k put out two cfb games in the early 2000s. They weren’t very good and didn’t sell well.

The Gamebreaker series was an afterthought.

Those “other” cfb games only existed because they were downstream of a larger NFL game (2k and NFL Gameday).

The only way we’ll get another AAA cfb game is if the NFL ends its exclusive deal with EA.

If that happens, a cfb game might eventually follow its NFL older brother.

yea they will never fix them cause of the recurrent ultimate team bs, i never cared to play with old players.

I need much bigger playbooks on offense and defense. I also need the offensive line to pass block occasionally. Also, they need to ditch the “cheese” plays that are essentially unguardable in PvsP. There were too many easy ways to beat every coverage with a handful of plays last year. Better pass blocking, worse quarterback accuracy and fewer instances of AI glitching in zone coverage and the game will be more realistic

I gotta find the video from one of the people that was invited to play where they shared the info they could before deep dives, there’s more than enough changes this year including with dynasty to justify a purchase (for me).

I’m just not a fan of the “Heisman abilities” the X factor things like Madden I hate that **** makes the game so stupid

Yep, we had no legit deep threat last year. I was dinking and dunking with Cam Ward, but our oline was pretty good on the game. Secondary was trash I could never play man with us on the game
idk in my game george was killing people deep

I don't like abilities at all. They're a bone that EA threw at Fortnite/Ultimate Team crowd.

There's no need for abilities if player ratings actually work as they should.

I don't need my players to power up like they're a character in Street Fighter or something.

The base setting needs to be better. Basically every pass needed to be readjusted for protection at the LOS.

Good thing is, it's the same system, so the same adjustments will work again. One DT needs to be double-teamed and that fixes A LOT.

Yeah if you don’t play with the settings, it’s really hard to have any kind of vertical passing offense because you just get sacked no matter how good your line is. It’s also way too easy to just complete 5 yard pass after 5 yard pass over and over too. On base settings, short passing game is OP and deep passing game is non existent

Edit: videos do the notes no justice

This looks awesome. I enjoyed dynasty even tho I thought some of it was redundant. Like I just never scheduled visits because before I had a ton of hours to recruit it just seemed better to go All out on the recruit and not waste the visit hours

I think the problem is most people were just using bama, ohio state and uga. I used Miami online most of the time and still won more than I lost. But to me this game is more about dynasty than H2H.

With all of the new coaches and a revamped coaching carousel....will we be able to pick and hire our own co-ordinators or will they be randomly assigned still? Thats what I'd like to see changed.

Sounds like you can pick your own coordinators.

"With coordinators playing such a pivotal role in your team’s performance and your coach’s overall development, we’ve added three new Program Builder abilities that give you more control over the hiring and retention process"

Haha I played with miami vs friends and things like online dynasty. CJ was the bright spot.

Just couldn't when it came to any tournaments.
Big facts, legit same thing happened to me! When you step up to that next level of competition… I was getting cooked

Yeah I don't understand what the visits even do in this game. I think it's a small bonus or something? They said '26 will have less 'hours' used on in-state/pipeline players vs OOS
