Pete curious as to why the staff would want Campbell to visit next weekend if he ain’t signing until February?

To get him around the rest of the class.

Makes no sense potentially letting Bama, uga, Ohio State get the last opportunity to see him in January. Would rather him visit us late in January and be the last school to see him. That’s the same for any of our other commits who aren’t signing this month

If what you are selling is better, you bring him in early with the rest of the class. Let that sink in and maybe he announces early. Also you can have him on campus unofficially to hangout with all the EE’s in January. We can double up on his visits cause of proximity.

...and there were posters who didn’t want ESPN GameDay to come to Coral Gables. smdh.

So Campbell, Surtain and Samuel and just lose Jobe? I'd take that in a heartbeat........GET ME SOME DT's TO EAT

Wow! What a sharp kid! Love that he said his accuracy is his biggest strength !!!

Don’t trust Saban or Kirby getting the last visit of any of our kids

Ummm......don't trust any visit with Saban. A kid visits Saban and he might not take any of his other OVs.

I was deeply impressed with Williams. The kid has “quiet leadership” written all over him.

Could we have a Jameis without the character defects? We’ll see in camp.

Hopefully when its all said and done..and the kid has signed, you can tell the real back story with what happened with Jobe. Appreciate the info as always

First rule of college football is you don’t talk about SEC moneybags. Pete can’t/won’t ever be able to tell the real story.

Just a hunch here, but that 120% chance of flipping sounds a lot like $120k to me.

Because maybe if he visits with everyone else on the 15th, he might commit and sign early.
I mean just because you don't currently plan on signing early doesn't mean you wont.

Character certainly doesn't appear to be a problem. Neither is play making. This kid has football smarts and a maturity you just don't find every day. I bet he gains a LOT of ground on the other QBs before spring practice.
