Miami adds another depth piece from the transfer portal.

Former Florida State and Oregon State defensive back Conrad Hussey has signed with the Miami Hurricanes, the program announced Tuesday afternoon.

Hussey spent this past season at Oregon State, where he saw limited action, appearing in two games and recording three tackles.

The 6-foot, 185-pound defensive back was a four-star prospect coming out of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and now arrives in Coral Gables looking to carve out a role and provide depth in the secondary.

I like this add. He doesn't have the reps or experience like Keionte Scott did when Scott committed last year. But Hussey has some nice physical traits. If he cracks the rotation this year, he could potentially start in 2027.

Pretty sure he went to STA and not John Bosco. He was a late cycle recruiting battle with FSU
