Nesta Silvera shuts it down

Kid's the number 1 recruit on my board. Our DT depth has potential to be very thin next season. We need him.

Having said that, how was his phone "hacked"? Someone had time to write up a message and post it on his twitter account on his phone?

I'm hoping Miami has suitable backup plans in place.

Agree.

Someone would have just needed to know his twitter login info, wouldn't actually need to have his phone .

Must be a very weak password to have. Having said that, this is a constant theme with people and their twitter accounts. When something is said from there account that receives any negativity that's not intended, they give the excuse that their phone was hacked. We saw the same thing last cycle with Gibson who posted a decommit then deleted it saying his phone was hacked. Hours later, he decommitted.

Any time this happens, it's definitely worthy of raising some eyebrows. Too often, a kid decommits and claims he was hacked, only to decommit shortly thereafter. Fingers crossed that's not the case here. Would be curious to get some insight from Pete here.

He's a Cane man , the gators are getting desperate

I never believe the " hacked " bs.

It's just something thirsty people do.

Saying you were hacked reminds me of what athletes say when they get busted for ped's " it was just a new supplement that I tried and didn't know the ingredients ".

So the gator staff hacked his twitter account? Makes sense.

I doubt that. I was thinking more of a fan, somebody who doesn't want him at Miami. Make sense now?

So........do you know what's the likelihood of this actually being a random fan that hacked his twitter account?

Again, believing the "my account was hacked" schtick makes you incredibly naive.

So, if a gator fan doesn't want a recruit to sign at Miami, he just has to hack his account and announce that he's decommitting? That makes sense.

I can't believe Golden never figured this out. What a simp. He should've just found a way to announce that the kids he missed on, decommitted via twitter. That will prevent them from signing their LOI.

Don't get in your feelings, he said his twitter got hacked, I was guessing as to who it could be. My opinion is that he's a different type of kid. Situation is not comparable to Billy Gibson, not even close. I think he sticks, you think he will flip. That's fine.

Crystal balls flipped him to the turds quickly lmao

Look at who put the crystal balls in. They guessing, those the same ones who put crystal balls in for tyson campbell a while back because in their words, "it's osu" pretty much.

Non issue. Didn't something similar happen with Pope too?

Nesta was legitimately hacked and he's ****ed off about it. He knows who it was. Complete non-story

If he knows who it was I feel very bad for that person...pain is coming his way.
