Building a NY to Miami pipeline smh, what is this basketball?

Offering low 3 star TE from Homestead --ran a 5.11 in the 40 at the Miami Camp at 205 pounds!
If they're dead set on bringing in a 2nd TE I would think Gary Cooper would be the backup plan before this kid but...

I was told Miami will circle back on a name you may remember from the summer: Homestead TE Rahmod Smith. Smith impressed at some of the Mark Richt summer camps, and earned an invite to Paradise with his play, but UM never pulled the trigger on an offer. Smith later committed to UNLV and now Miami will kick the tires here to see if there is any interest.

A few things about our apparent backup option at TE...

- Only has 3 offers: UNLV (where he's currently committed), FAMU, and Southern Miss
- Has an atrocious SPARQ score of 65.34. Comparable to Larry Hodges, our current three-star TE commit who's an extremely limited athlete. As a frame of reference, Zipperer's SPARQ score is nearly twice as high at 116.7.
- As has been mentioned, he ran a 5.11 40 at 205 pounds.

This is an Al Golden-level target. Maybe worse. What on earth is this staff doing?

I've seen others mention it, but why not kick the tires on Mark Fox out of MNW?

Do you consider Tarquin and Solomon flips a news or not?

Think anyone who can connect dots have known these two were gone last week. This is just more confirmation. The question is guys like hasslewood, Bogle, Stevenson, zip/ingram(think they are trolling our fans, coaches, and our beat writers hard),MAR.

It can’t get too much worse to Know our worst problems are on offense and specifically offense line, QB, and we RAN OUT OF SCHOLARSHIP TEs. We currently have no QB, no OL, and going to miss on the two tight ends we wanted. So let me rephrase my question is there any positive news about one of the upper echelon targets we have so we can temporarily forget about the incompetence of the offensive coaching staff? I don’t agree with just firing people but from the outside looking in our offensive side of the balls from players to coaches seems very toxic and just puzzled there has been zero changes made.

Good question.

I think after Solomon and Tarquin we might be done with decommitments (MAYBE).

Don’t know about the uncommitted guys but, as of now, we can’t have nice things.

In the course of one year in recruiting, we go from signing the two best TEs in the country to going after a 205 pound dude who couldn’t medal in the Special Olympics in any event.

Now, tell me that The Legend’s Theory of Toxicity holds no water.

Bar milo was a 4 star

So now our 4 stars that are at risk of decommiting suck too?? This may not be what you’re saying and I apologize if you’re not, but my comment was directed at the recent narrative that all our current decommits don’t matter because they were 3 stars. This after months of hearing how undervalued they were, they should be receiving bumps and our class was much better than the rankings. Regardless of what stars they are all of these current decommits are a problem.

I was trying to give Richt the benefit of the doubt but his closing ability is in serious question here. This shouldn't be happening going into Year 4. He should be hitting his stride. Seems like we are going backwards! Smh.
