Miami-Wake Forest Drew 2.3 Million Viewers On Friday Night

The Miami Hurricanes downed the Wake Forest Demon Deacons 33-20 last Friday night. According to ESPN, the game had a total of 2.3 million viewers--not so bad for a Friday night ACC showdown in Winston-Salem.

All 2.3 million viewers saw Hurricanes quarterback Darian Mensah have a field day against the Demon Deacons defense, setting a new ACC record for most consecutive completions (24).

It was the ninth most-watched game of the weekend. The Ole Miss Rebels and the LSU Tigers headlines the list with 10.9 million people tuning into the game to watch Lane Kiffin get beat by his old team. Florida State and Alabama holds the No. 2 spot with 7 million people.

Everyone wants to watch Mario Cristobal and the Miami Hurricanes play, and I don't blame them--this offense is fun to watch. That many viewers tuned into the game on a Friday night? Yeah, that's pretty **** good for Miami.
