This would be a quality road win. Jai will have them ready

Miami is walking into Winston-Salem tonight with a little extra chip on its shoulder.

Despite a strong start 12-2 start to the season, the Hurricanes will tip off as the underdog against Wake Forest, and yeah, that’s a little surprising. The Canes hit the road to face the 10–5 Demon Deacons which will be Jai Lucas’ first true ACC road test.

Wake Forest opened as a 1.5-point favorite on FanDuel. The total is 155.5 points, with ESPN having Wake Forest as slight favorites over the Hurricanes having Wake at a 53.0% chance to beat the Canes tonight.

So far this season, Miami is currently 8-6 against the spread this season as Wake Forest is 6-9.

Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. ET on ESPNU, and it’s a chance for Miami to show that its early-season success travels just fine.

We're going to get waxed. Wake is a house of horrors.

4 turnovers, 2 fouls on Udeh and Wake can’t miss from 3
