The Miami Hurricanes are heading back to the ACC Tournament for the first time since the 2023 season after missing it last year.

Only three teams failed to make the tournament last season: Miami, Boston College, and NC State.

Now, Miami has locked up a double-bye and secured the No. 3 seed in the ACC Tournament. That means the Hurricanes will begin play on Thursday, March 12.

The winner of the first-round matchup between SMU and Syracuse will face Louisville in the second round. Whoever wins that game will advance to take on Miami on March 12.

That could set up a rematch between the Hurricanes and the Cardinals, who Miami just lost to.

Miami is in. The Hurricanes are already locked into the ACC Tournament and the NCAA Tournament. Now it’s time to have some fun.

Go Canes.
