Coral Gables, FL.- The University of Miami officially unveiled its 2026-27 non-conference schedule on Wednesday morning, giving fans a first look at Jai Lucas' second season at the helm.
Throughout the off-season, bits and pieces of Miami’s 2026 slate have been getting leaked, but now it’s officially official. This morning, Miami’s social team announced the ‘Canes full 14 game non-conference schedule.
Of these 14 games, Miami can play up to 5 former 2026 NCAA Tournament squads, with matchups against the likes of Florida, Texas, Alabama and Texas Christian. Miami will host the remaining contests at the Watsco Center.

When Conference play begins in late December, Miami will square off against the seven other ACC programs who made the NCAA Tournament last season. Miami’s Conference schedule hasn’t been finalized yet, but will face the following foes:
Home- Florida State, Pitt, Clemson, NC State, Notre Dame, SMU, Syracuse, Virginia, Wake Forest
Away- Florida State, Pitt, California, Duke, Georgia Tech, Louisville, North Carolina, Stanford, Virginia Tech
When it’s all said and done, Miami will certainly have plenty of experience playing against Quad 1 opponents to prepare for a deep NCAA Tournament push in year two of the Jai Lucas era.
