The Miami Hurricanes and coach Mario Cristobal have made a top-five choice for 6-foot-3, 255-pound edge rusher Prince Williams.
Prince appears to be expediting the process, which is why he already has a list of five finalists ready to be revealed. Miami has made the cut, joining Utah, BYU, Arizona, and Wisconsin.
Prince also told the world that he will be announcing his decision on July 4th.
As a junior at Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas, Williams recorded 11 sacks, 28 tackles for loss, and 61 quarterback hurries. During his sophomore year, he achieved 10 sacks and 24 tackles for loss.
Based on the ratings from 247Sports, Prince is considered a three-star recruit. He ranks as the 560th player in the country, the 51st in his position, and the 3rd best player in Nevada.
Recently, Prince received a lot of offers from schools such as BYU, California, San Diego State, Wisconsin, and Arizona State. He also just finished an unofficial visit to Miami last month
