In 2002, I was 25, my first year in federal law enforcement, no kids, and single.

Today? I am 49, I can retire in January, got one kid in college and another on the way to college and married 20 years.

WTF

How the **** can you retire at 50?!

I guess I'm old school because I think no losses is better than 1 loss, but there are 3 P4 teams that are 6-0 and they are lined up BEHIND 5 1-loss teams. And 1 of those teams with 1 loss received 9 FIRST PLACE VOTES! :hammering-head:

Brother did you watch the BYU-ND game? BYU looked like the better team by FAR. There were a few special teams snafus that gave ND the ball basically in BYUs red zone. I was super low on BYU ahead of this game and thought ND was gonna handle them but they dominated the domers.
I did not watch the game. I was at the Canes game.

My point was how much they inflate a ND win or when they lose, their opponent gets a huge bump. BYU was at home. OSU had to go in the road vs Indiana.

I did watch the IU vs Indiana game. I feel like both of those teams are better than BYU from what I’ve seen from BYU this year with their fullback QB.

BYU has the #1 SOR. Their top win ND was better than ours Wake. And their win this weekend against ND was better than our double OT win against a bad FSU team

BYU has the best resume today IMO. It’s simply poll inertia that held them back
Yes - they have a better schedule than us.

Besides Arizona, this ND was their toughest game.

Not sure how you get to a #1 SOR playing the likes of Utah Tech, Colorado State, and bad TCU & Iowa State teams but point made.

I thank them for beating ND.

I think OSU losing their QB is really going to change OSU’s season ( as it would if any team did) but what I want to see is when they lose another game and I think they will does the CFP committee remember what they did to an undefeated FSU team when they lost theirs.

Will be interesting.
I totally forgot about Sayin getting injured.

For all whom replied to me, I take back part of my analysis about Ohio State deserving a better rank.

Losing the QB changes everything.

20 years of federal service. Military or civilian.

Full pension. Full Healthcare. Disability pay on top.

Ill retire from the military at 42. There's guys who retire at 37.
