Say in some weird instance, mensah is held back from transferring. He isn't going to play at Duke.

You don't think mensah then doesn't turn duke in for tampering? Duke loses their ACC championship or something.

This **** has never been going anywhere and won't be going anywhere.

They'll settle. Duke gets to pat themselves on the back and warn their other players.

No one will ever sign a 2 year agreement with them though, haha.

This is one of many reasons it will never go to court.

What poetic justice it would be if Duke ends up fending off a lawsuit from Tulane with the 4 million we pay them

Side note: I’ll be glad when this **** ends so we can stop hearing the talking heads thinly veil their desire for Miami to get screwed on this deal and they can move on to full time crying about how unfair it all is and how Miami is ruining college football.

These guys are full blown reeeeeetards.
I made the mistake in engaging with him. Asked him to identify the alleged breach of Mensah's "confidentiality" or "indemnification" obligations and he alluded to Mensah's agent speaking to other teams about his "NIL License" the same license that was made public last summer when Yahoo and ESPN reported the 2 yr/8 mil dollar NIL deal.

They are clueless lmao

That’s my whole thing. I wish someone would very publicly point out they did the EXACT same thing to Tulane a year ago. If they’d signed him out of HS and he seemed intent on playing there I agree but the hypocrisy on this thing is next level dense on their part.

Had no time to throw. I get that the Clemson DL was selling out with the rush but dukes OL looked bad

That is some elite QB film. Looks even better than Cam Ward if I’m being honest. We’re winning the natty if we land this kid and his receiver.

Miami... and only Miami.

Some of you can thank me later.

Best sub shop in Miami is a mom and pop that's been around for over 30 years...and it's still in the same place it's always been. I call it old reliable.....the commoners know it as "Subs, etc". It's on Bird Road and about 64th avenue in a little strip mall next to Tria's. Maybe like 5 minutes from UM campus.

This is hands down the best steak and cheese I've had anywhere in Miami. The longtime owners look like they're about to sell or might have already sold by the time I type this but I did go a few weeks ago on a day where the "new" people were cooking the subs and I'm happy to say the quality is still excellent.

You're all welcome. I've been to all the places many of you Philistines mentioned in this thread and none of them are on Subs etc's level.
