I’ve posted this to nauseam but this was nothing more than a publicity ploy by manny. Ed pops in and out. It’s not Ed’s fault people took way more from this hire than what it was. It also take heat off the handling of the HighSmith situation. He’s the one guy that could cover up that mess.

This is why I'm absolutely over the notion of employing former players. I knew as soon as Ed was announced he'd be getting completely unwarranted hate from the fanbase before long.

Tbh I didn't care when we hired him because I know Miami and I know manny. I could see through it the minute they announced it.

His home is in Georgia where his kid is. This is a part time gig that pays him for being Ed Reed. His cameos on the sidelines for night games is his job.
