Lucas and FSU have ties to deep for them to rid each other IMO. Lockette is pretty much family with the Lucas family. With that being said, us taking him would hurt FSU because they need OL pretty bad. I do think after a RS and him reshaping himself he could be a solid college OG. Anyway, I doubt we even truly push for him.
Miami Chris had him to FSU from the jump. Any smoke on him wanting to flip. I think Neal said on an interview that he would.

I think him at IMG will help him wherever he goes and possibly skip a redshirt unless he goes to a school that's loaded. That's the good thing about getting kids from IMG, kids rarely and shouldn't ever redshirt their first year due to the program. He's seemed to reshape his body a bit. Look at hightower, came in ready to roll.

My understanding was similar, that even though he really likes us, the family relationship with Lockette was stronger. Having said that, its the famous follow the visits. Showing up two weekends in a row is important.
Holy ****. Kardell Thomas is nasty AF. He's got a lil extra upper body fat but that boy can move.
That ty Finley qb was the qb I confused the freshman from Mississippi with he was down here earlier this year I think at junior or underclassmen day

Kardell Thomas is a bully, and I like it! Reminds me of what Jimmy Johnson used to say about dominating. Paraphrasing but 'nothing better than whipping the *** of the man across from you for 60 minutes.'
After doing some digging on LSU’s board...
Seems like the expectation was for Thomas to be at LSU’s OL/DL camp tomorrow to help recruit the kids they had coming since that is what he told everyone he was going to do. Ya know, he is supposed to be the “leader of the class” and all that ****. But, their mod doesn’t expect him to make it now unless he is having an extremely quick turnaround from Miami back to Baton Rouge. While that isn’t completely out of the equation, he suspects it as highly unlikely and trying to confirm it now. They aren’t really happy with this because they wanted him on campus recruiting but they aren’t worried about losing him or anything. Not yet atleast.
