HALFTIME: Miami 27 Missouri 26​

Missouri had a great 9-0 late first half run, which gave Dennis Gates team momentum heading into halftime.

Dante Allen leads the Hurricanes in scoring with seven point, along with Shelton Hednerson with six, Malik Reneua with five, and Tru Washington with four.

Halftime adjustments are definitely going to be needed. Let's grab a snack.

The Hurricanes are on their way

Jai Lucas's Miami Hurricanes are leaving the hotel to go to the Enterprise Center

 

How can you have an entire team that can’t shoot foul shots. Mind boggling.

It's mind boggling, because even the good FT shooters on the team have egregious misses.

 

I think we'd lose a game a team did literally absolutely nothing but foul on purpose.

 

4-12. No words.

 

Free throws will be the death of them

 

Get some players next year who know how to shoot free throws

 

4/12 from the line. That's impossible. That's beyond impossible. Even if you were to underhand toss them, you'd hit at least half...

 

This game is gonna be decided with FT shooting. Gonna be in the bonus for 12+ minutes

 

We aren’t anyone shooting 33% at the FT line. Assuming we even win this one

 

4 for fckin 12 from the line...horrendous

 

Shelton is the best player on the court

 

To look on the bright side... Jai Lucas wanted a team that gets rebounds... he succeeded massively at that, hopefully now after this season he realizes how important FT's are.

 

FT shooting is comical

If Rick Barry is watching this game(Which he likely isn't), he's probably rolling his eyes hard enough to power a 4 bedroom home...

Our biggest fear is coming true. 4 for 12 from FT is just disgusting. I feel like they'll make us earn most of our pts at the line and we need to start hitting them. Up 5 right now is a surprise with how bad we've played. This one is coming down to FTs at the end. I'm terrified.
