Zone is killing Boston College

This zone from the Miami Hurricanes has been killing Boston College today. Udeh has three steals and four blocks off the zone. Boston College can hardly find an answer on the offensive end. Great defensive presence by Miami today.

The Eagles and the Hurricanes are trading buckets back and forth to start the second half. Miami currently holds a 40-25 lead with 15:50 remaining in the second half.

Miami is, in fact, leading a game at halftime...
The Hurricanes are shooting 45.2 percent from the field and 12.5 percent from three while allowing 29.6 percent to the Eagles — but just 20.0 percent from deep.
For UM, it’s all about do-it-all Ernest Udeh, who has seven points (3-4 FG), six rebounds, and four steals in 19 minutes. From there, Tre Donaldson leads the Hurricanes with 11 points, followed by Malik Reneau and Shelton Henderson with six.
For BC, as expected, it’s all about Kapke Boden with 10 points.

Miami has scored six straight points, but it’s still been a very sloppy game. The Hurricanes are struggling to shoot (9-of-22 from the field, 0-of-5 from three), yet their effort has helped them grab the lead as halftime is almost here.
